Essential functions include the language cookie (jazz_lang), session data needed for forms and protections used by the booking system. These are not advertising cookies.
Google Analytics 4 — optional
The Google Analytics tag loads before a consent choice. If you reject analytics cookies, Google may receive cookieless signals about pages viewed for aggregate modeling; no Analytics cookies are read or set. Technical information transmitted may include the IP address during the connection, browser agent and referral source; Google states it does not store IP addresses in GA4. If you accept, full cookie-based measurement is enabled. Potentially sensitive URL parameters are removed, and names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, dates and booking form contents are never sent. Geographic reports are estimates, typically at city level rather than precise coordinates.
Legal basis and choices
Analytics cookies and full measurement require consent, which you can deny or withdraw without affecting site functionality. Rejecting does not stop the cookieless signals described above, which still involve sending technical data to Google. The controller must assess the lawful basis and local requirements for such processing without consent. You can change your choice in “Cookie choices”. The preference is kept for around six months. Withdrawal stops future full measurements and attempts to delete existing Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data previously sent.
Cookies, provider and retention
jazz_lang stores your language preference, and technical session cookies support forms. After consent, Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits (potentially lasting up to two years depending on Google settings). Analytics data retention must be configured in the Google Analytics property. The provider is Google; processing or international transfers may be subject to applicable safeguards.
